Privacy
Simple privacy overview.
CallChat collects the information needed to operate accounts, security, abuse handling, and service reliability.
- Messages Standard Matrix encryption behavior is handled by compatible Matrix clients and homeserver configuration.
- Account data User IDs, device records, rooms, server logs, and safety metadata may be processed to operate the service.
- Security Logs may be used to detect spam, abuse, account attacks, and service faults.
- Buyer-pack requests If you submit the Q Call form, the email address, selected use case, and optional note are sent to the CallChat owner so the request can be answered. Do not submit passwords, private keys, payment details, or confidential message contents.
- Lead inbox Valid buyer-pack requests are written to a restricted server-side owner inbox before any notification is attempted. The lead inbox is configured for a maximum 30-day retention period.
- Shield features Hosted Shield is designed to manage protected vault material automatically for normal user flows. Public support does not ask for raw Shield secrets.
- AI helpers The public agent opens only when a visitor asks for it. Questions are processed through the CallChat AI route; operational metrics record route, model, timing, and an anonymized daily client value rather than prompt text.
- Protected systems Private keys, research files, and premium Shield source are not published on public pages.
