- Lawful use CallChat is not for illegal activity, harassment, abuse, spam, malware, or attempts to compromise systems.
- Account access New accounts can use invite codes, access review, or anti-abuse checks.
- Compatibility CallChat is built for Matrix and Element compatibility while the service evolves.
- Shield features CallChat-hosted Shield may be included on callchat.org. External, business, or self-hosted Shield use may require separate paid licensing and service terms.
- Service availability Access may be changed, paused, or limited to protect users and infrastructure.
